Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging/accessories.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or handled extensively.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method, or if COD, via bank transfer/easypaisa/jazzcash.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong item/damaged product), we cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the customer wishes to return for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size selected, no longer needed), then shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer must cover return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or sale items

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
